20 years of navigating through complex insurance claims has shaped the foundation of my career — and the standard of service I now provide to property owners, legal teams, and businesses facing catastrophic losses. I began my work in 2005 in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, learning the inner mechanics of insurance from the carrier’s side: the systems, the strategies, the math, and the tactics that too often left policyholders overwhelmed.
For nearly a decade, I traveled the country handling thousands of hurricane, tornado, fire, flood, wind, hail, and complex structural claims for major insurers. I worked inside the National Flood Insurance Program after Hurricane Sandy, managed large-scale catastrophe deployments, and learned firsthand how decisions behind closed doors shape the outcomes families and businesses experience on the ground.
In 2013, I shifted my license and my purpose — leaving the carrier side to represent policyholders as a public adjuster. It was a decisive turn that defined the next chapter of my career. Since that transition, I have served as an expert witness, strategic consultant, and claims specialist on over 10,000 property damage cases across the United States and the Caribbean. My work has supported hundreds of legal depositions and contributed to recoveries totaling hundreds of millions of dollars.

My role is to bring structure to chaos, clarity to complexity, and strategy to situations where the smallest details determine the outcome. I represent people — not paperwork — and I pride myself on leaving clients stronger, protected, and fully informed.
